What to Expect
We have two Chiropractors at Osgood Chiropractic: Trent Mozingo, DC and John Reer, DC
When scheduling, you will have the option to choose which chiropractor you will see. We do allow patients to see either of us if there are scheduling issues or time crunches.
You can go online and set up a profile on our Electronic Medical Record Software by clicking above.
Once you complete your email confirmation, you will be able to schedule, move, or cancel your appointments from your cell phone or computer.
You can also call/text the office to schedule/move your appointment times!
